NDIDZULFI TRAVELS MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Ndidzulafi Travels Membership Programme (“Membership”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.


1. Membership Activation

1.1. Membership is activated on the date of your first successful payment.
1.2. Members must provide accurate and truthful information.
1.3. Membership is individual and cannot be transferred.


2. Membership Fees

2.1. Membership fees are billed monthly.
2.2. Payments are processed through secure platforms (PayFast, PayGate, Yoco, EFT).
2.3. Fees are non-refundable, even if benefits are not used.
2.4. Ndidzulafi Travels reserves the right to adjust prices with notice.


3. Points System

3.1. Members earn points monthly depending on their membership plan.
3.2. Each point is valued at R500 for use towards eligible travel deals.
3.3. Points are not cash, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or converted to money.
3.4. Points cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared.

4. Account Freeze Due to Non-Payment

4.1. If a monthly payment fails or becomes overdue, the account will enter a frozen status.
